I contacted them based on their high ratings and numerous consistent reviews. My new vehicle was damaged with several dents after a gas station lid slammed into the passenger side door on a very windy day. When I contacted Bullseye for an estimate, they responded promptly. Sean came out to my home to inspect my vehicle, which was very convenient. He was professional and conscientious. He identified eight dents and circled/measured them. It was fascinating to see how they are able to identify the dents and be so precise. Sean explained PDR, what the removal would entail, the timeframe for completion and cost. He took photos and provided a solid estimate. I learned not all shops do that. Some will bait you with a lower estimate only to tell you later that they found more dents. Sean was confident in his ability to remove the dents and restore it to its original condition. He delivered on that confidence providing outstanding service, attention to detail, and workmaship. My vehicle looked as though it had never been damaged. I am ecstatic! They also located and fixed another dent that I did not see from a tree branch falling on the vehicle on the same windy day as the trash can lid incident. It felt like my bad luck was finally turning around. Both the owner Keith and Sean are very personable and it was evident that they not only care about what they do but also making their customers happy. The gas station paid for my repairs and required me to get three estimates. Bullseye was chosen because they were the ONLY shop that was thorough, able to identify all of the dents and confident/skilled enough to remove them. Other places either said they could not do PDR stating it was too difficult to do with Tesla vehicles and the traditional collision body shops would only do conventional repairs meaning they would replace the door, repaint, etc. otherwise they would refer me to their PDR connection. Of interest, is that the other shops had the gall to want to use the photos Sean took for their estimates. So again, I have so much respect for Bullseye. I highly recommend Bullseye PDR!
